Refund policy
We hope that you are pleased with the quality of our goods.
The wood art is rustic in nature and will have minor “imperfections” as that is the nature of the art. Custom orders are not available for return/refund. We take care in packing our art in bubble wrap/cardboard covering and use Fed Ex for Wood Art shipments. Any return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer and refunds at the discretion of Copper Top Rustics based on reason for return and condition of product upon return. Wood Art returns will only be accepted by prior approval and must be shipped with the same care as the original shipper.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at goodsonunit@gmail.comIf your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No refunds will be given without prior approval, returned product at the consumers expense and after inspection upon receipt at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take photos immediately upon unpacking damaged/incorrect items and send email within 2 days of receiving item .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not refund to anyone but the original verified purchaser.
